    What is the fee to registering as a Client on ZomWork?

    It is free to open an account on ZomWork as a client. The online payment & escrow service fee is borne by any Talent who has completed work for you, herein there is no additional fee on it.

    It is free to open an account on ZomWork as a client. The online payment & escrow service fee is borne by any Talent who has completed work for you, herein there is no additional fee on it.

    How do I sign up as a Client?

    a. You can sign up as a Client simply by going to www.zomwork.com, click on ‘Log In'  followed by ‘Sign Up’. Enter your email to create your desired account and select 'Look for Talent' to continue.

    b. You can also sign up upon submitting your request details from clicking 'Request a quote' or 'Get Started' on our homepage. After you have submitted your job request, follow the same steps to enter your email to create your desired account.


    How do I sign up as a Client?

    a. You can sign up as a Client simply by going to www.zomwork.com, click on ‘Log In'  followed by ‘Sign Up’. Enter your email to create your desired account and select 'Look for Talent' to continue.

    b. You can also sign up upon submitting your request details from clicking 'Request a quote' or 'Get Started' on our homepage. After you have submitted your job request, follow the same steps to enter your email to create your desired account.


    How do I hire Talent?

    As a Client, you can simply:

    a. Post a request and let talents who are interested in your requirements bid for the work. You get to review bids and initiate contact with shortlisted Talents via our instant messaging feature to create an order to start the work needed.

    b. Browse through existing Talent portfolios in their store to identify what matches your needs and make a direct hire through initiating contact with the Talent, also with our instant messaging feature, creating an order to start the work needed.


    How do I hire Talent?

    As a Client, you can simply:

    What should I do once I've identified the Talent/s I wish to hire?

    a. Once your requirements, ie. scope, scale, deliverables, deadline and amount has been determined and agreed between you and your Talent/s, you can issue a contract or vice versa via the Workspace. 

    b. It is only when both parties, Client and Talent have confirmed an order, will a contract be in place. 

    c. As a Client, you may print out the order to be used/validated as a quotation should you wish.

    d. You will then be notified to deposit the full project fee to ZomWork.com and a receipt will be issued for the deposit made.

    e. Once all work has been complete, the Talent/s will send you an invoice via your Workspace.

    f. In your account, you will be able to manage and view all your chat activity and relevant documents shared between the Talent/s as well as  payments, receipts and invoices.


    What should I do once I've identified the Talent/s I wish to hire?

    a. If you have discussed and agreed on milestone payments with your Talent, whenever you have received the portion of work agreed upon, you can select to release a milestone payment from the escrow deposit.

    b. Upon completion of work by your Talent, you can trigger a release of full payment from the escrow deposit. 

    c. All payments will need your verification in order to be processed, in order to prevent any fradulent or mistaken release.

    d. Talent upon completing any or the full scope of work agreed upon, will request for payment via the website. You will receive a notifcation on the request.

    Why is my posted request not viewable on ZomWork?

    Your posted request may have been flagged and hidden by our audtiting team due to inappropriate content. It is advisable to review and edit the request made before publishing again.

    Do I get a receipt afer I have made an escrow deposit?
